I believe that one of the best tools we have to ease anxiety and move through depression toward healing and wholeness is through non-ordinary and altered states of consciousness. My practice focuses on the use of psilocybin to access the inner-healing intelligence that we all possess.

Building trust with clients is very important to me and essential to creating a space where you feel safe, supported, comfortable and ready for what unfolds during your psilocybin experience. Using a trauma-informed lens and a deep reverence for plant medicine, I will compassionately hold space for you while you tap into your inner healer. It is then that powerful transformations can take root and allow you to break away from patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you, inspire shifts in perspective and help you to re-ground and reconnect to your most authentic self. 

I have been a student of psychedelics for spiritual and existential exploration for nearly three decades. My first therapeutic psychedelic journey helped to clarify my path toward helping others experience this powerful plant medicine while also healing some old wounds I carried. In 2023 I graduated from Innertrek’s Psilocybin facilitator program. My professional background has included work in the creative industry as an art director, restaurant owner, aromatherapy wellness consultant, and primary caregiver to my children. My passion for plant medicine was ignited during college where I received my BA in Anthropology and Sociology. During this time, my concentration was on indigenous cultures of the Amazon Basin. I hold a deep reverence for those who have been the stewards of this powerful medicine for centuries and understand the delicate balance required of those of us who are working with psychedelics in the western legal scape as a gateway to deep healing. 

Presently, my passion and knowledge center around psychedelic facilitation, aromatherapy, intergenerational trauma and using art and somatic movement to integrate psychedelic experiences. I would be honored to facilitate your psychedelic journey.
