Phyllis's introduction to plant medicine as a teenager opened her eyes to a profound sense of oneness, awe, and beauty, shaping her life’s path. Over a decade of exploring psychedelics led her to Hawaii, where she first went to grow magic mushrooms. She spent 21 years there living in a multicultural community. These experiences deepened her connection to sacred plant medicine and wisdom.
Her studies with Indigenous cultures and Tibetan Buddhism transformed her understanding of the mind, inspiring her to bridge Eastern and Western perspectives. Moving to the Pacific Northwest, Phyllis dedicated three decades to the healing arts as a Yoga Therapist and hypnotherapist, working in hospitals, addiction centers, corporations, and beyond.
Phyllis teaches a Sacred Dance practice (taradhatu.org) rooted in Tibetan traditions, blending mystical experiences with evidence-based science. Her journey led her to become a licensed Psilocybin Facilitator through InnerTrek.
Combining her knowledge and study of neuroscience, somatic practices, and psychedelics, Phyllis is committed to guiding deep healing. She listens to clients’ needs, helps set intentions, and supports their integration process, fostering growth, self compassion, and transformation.
Her role as parent, and grandparent has helped cultivate a spirit of playfulness and joy!
